We have a no return policy, as all items are handmade to order.  All  SALES ARE FINAL-- I don't accept returns, exchange, or cancellations due to each item is personalized. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you read each item's Description before purchasing. We are NOT responsible for any issues that may occur due to not reading RTS dates or product descriptions and/or any disclaimers associated with our items.

IF there is any issues with your order please contact us at hausofprintsco@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly come to a resolution to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
